You can contact us by phone, by WhatsApp or through the enquiry forms on this website. The forms ask for your name and phone number, and optionally your email address, area or sector, the type of puppy you're interested in, your timing and a message.

How the enquiry forms work: the forms do not send your details to a server or database. When you press the send button, your browser opens WhatsApp with a message containing the details you typed. Nothing reaches us until you press Send in WhatsApp, and you can edit or delete the message before sending it.

When you call or message us, we receive your phone number and anything you choose to share, such as your location or questions about a puppy.

How We Use Your Information

• To reply to your enquiry and answer your questions.
• To share details of available puppies, including photos, videos and current prices.
• To arrange a reservation, pickup or home delivery if you decide to go ahead.
• To answer questions after your puppy has gone home, if you contact us.

WhatsApp and Phone Calls

Messages sent through WhatsApp are also processed by WhatsApp under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for how WhatsApp or your phone provider handles data.
